Paperwork for my Certified General Contractor Licensing was very difficult to understand. It would have taken me many months more to do it myself. I can not express how pleased I am with the service I received from Licenses Etc. when creating a new company and activating and qualifying my Certified license with the FDBPR. They gave me thorough instructions and made sure I understood exactly what info and docs they needed from me, why they needed it, and how they wanted me to prepare and present them. If there was anything I was lacking and did not have for my company or license package, I was instructed exactly where to go and how to obtain it. However, for the most part, Licenses Etc. is “one stop shop” for all your needs and I had no reason to look any further. Their knowledge and competence are excellent, and far superior to anyone I have dealt with in the past regarding licensing needs and information. I received my first state license in FL almost twenty years ago and have dealt with several other companies and individuals in the past and no one held a candle to Licenses Etc in any aspect, including their professionalism and concern for time. All of the documents and information I provided were reviewed vigorously by Licenses Etc and where mistakes were found (which were made by me), I was instructed specifically as to what changes were needed, and a link was even included within the email to “dummy proof” what needed to be done. There was absolutely no way my license package was going to leave the Licenses Etc office for state review and approval until it was perfectly prepared. Needless to say, the FDBPR received my flawless package and activated my license, no question asked in just two or three short weeks. There is absolutely no reason I will ever look to anyone else again for any services that Licenses Etc. provides. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND that anyone looking to create a company or apply for any DBPR license to use the services of Licenses Etc. Chances are, by the time you realize you need these services, you will have already received your first letter from the state saying something is wrong or missing from your application package and you will have lost, literally, months of time. Time is money, BIG MONEY. Do yourself a favor from the start. Don’t risk the loss of time and money. Go with Licenses Etc. and get whatever it is you need approved by the state with no hiccups or problems, saving you time and money in the long run. The state of FL is very peculiar about what they require and how they want it presented. It’s not worth the risk of trying to complete it on your own when you have someone like Licenses Etc available to insure it’s done right and done fast the first time. They offer many different package deals for many different services and types licenses and filing. One will fit both your budget and your needs.
