You probably have received a notice from the Official Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations regarding 2014 Annual Report Notice. This is because the 2014 Annual Report is now due for all businesses in the state of Florida.

While it is currently in the renewal time period, please note that you do have until May 1, 2014 to process. After that date there will be a late fee. Not filing by September 4^th will result in administrative dissolution or revocation. This means the business will no longer be a valid company in Florida.

Do not confuse “Annual Minutes” or “Annual Corporate Record Forms” notices with the Florida Department of State’s required Annual Report filings.  These notices are NOT from the Department of State. They are a SCAM!Please disregard these notices.  Neither form is required!
