Here at Licenses, Etc. we’re celebrating our 9^th anniversary! April 2^nd marks nine years since we opened our doors as a contractor licensing company.

Since 2007, we have delivered the best service in our industry to contractors. We have helped thousands of Florida contractors get their licenses and form their new businesses; we help them do this easily, quickly, and as stress-free as possible. We take pride in making this a painless process!

Our extensive knowledge and experience has allowed us to get about 95 percent of our Florida contractors licensing packages approved the first time with no deficiencies, as well as incorporating new businesses and LLCs within a day or two.

Our team members are an important part of Licenses, Etc.’s success; each member is dedicated to helping our contractor clients. Here’s a little bit about our team:

Todd Babbitt – Todd has an extensive business background, including several years as a residential property investor, and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Fun fact: Todd is originally from Washington, D.C.

Lisa Adams – Since she entered the workforce, Lisa has been working with the Florida contracting community. She has worked with electrical and building contractors, remodeling companies in administration and marketing, and has served as a national award-winning membership director for the Collier Building Industry Association. Fun fact: Lisa volunteers at a local homeless shelter!

Sean Dinneen –  From working in the service and real estate industries, Sean has extensive customer service skills. He is passionate about helping and working with contractors to get their licenses. Fun Fact: Sean likes making people laugh!

Molly Blosser – Molly is a recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She landed the job at Licenses, Etc. because she was eager to get a job in a related field to her degree. Fun fact: Molly loves to cook!
