Bad communication can destroy or derail many things in life including projects, plans, and relationships. With proper communication, two or more parties will always be on the same page and less problems with occur. Or if a problem arises, it can be resolved quickly.

- Make sure everyone has the proper training to be up to speed and do the job correctly. Whether it’s using technology or a certain piece of equipment, make sure your workers are all where they should be.
- Have frequent meetings face-to-face with your team.
- Set up check-ins with employees.
