HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Licenses, Etc. Celebrates 16 Years of Helping Contractors

At Licenses, Etc., we’re celebrating our 16th anniversary! April 2nd marks 16 years since we opened our doors as a contractor licensing company based in Florida.

Since 2007, we have delivered the best service in our industry to contractors. We have helped thousands of Florida contractors, and contractors in other states, get their licenses and form and/or run their new businesses.

Our team helps contractors get licensed easily, quickly, and as stress-free as possible. We take pride in making this a painless process!

Our extensive knowledge and experience have allowed us to get 95 percent of our Florida contractors licensing packages approved the first time with no deficiencies, as well as incorporating new businesses and LLCs within a day or two.

Our team members are an important part of Licenses, Etc.’s success; each member is dedicated to helping our contractor clients. Here’s a little bit about our team:

Molly Blosser – Molly was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. In 2014, she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management – Go Eagles! In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and working out. Molly has been with Licenses, Etc. since 2014.

Lee Sheehan – Lee is a graduate of Florida State University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising and minored in Business. After graduating, she attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she completed the Teacher Immersion Program. After teaching for 10 years, Lee was ready to use her communication and organizational skills in a different field, which landed her here at Licenses Etc.! In her free time, she enjoys shopping, reading, going to the beach, and relaxing with her family and friends.

Janet Benitez – Janet was born in Texas but raised in Florida. Prior to joining Licenses, Etc., she worked as a research aid in a worldwide seed company located in Immokalee, FL. Her specialty was in Bell Peppers. Janet was ready to take on a different career where she could use her organization and communication skills, which fit perfectly into Licenses Etc. During her free time, Janet enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending time with her two children.
