Happy Birthday, to us!

Here at Licenses, Etc. April 2nd marks 12 years since we opened our doors as a contractor licensing company.

Since 2007, we have delivered the best service in our industry to contractors. We have helped thousands of Florida contractors, as well as contractors in other states, get their licenses and form their new businesses. Our team helps contractors do this easily, quickly, and as stress-free as possible. We take pride in making the contractor licensing process a painless one!

Our extensive knowledge and experience have allowed us to get 95 percent of our Florida contractors licensing packages approved the first time with no deficiencies, as well as incorporating new businesses and LLCs within a day or two.

Our team members at Licenses, Etc. are critical to our company’s success; each member is dedicated to helping our contractor clients. Here’s a little bit about our team:

Todd Babbitt – Todd has an extensive business background, including several years as a residential property investor and landlord, and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. He is a Certified Financial Planner. Fun fact: Todd is originally from Washington, D.C. and has lived in Florida since 2001.

Lisa Adams –Lisa has been working with the Florida contracting community since she began her career. She has worked with electrical and building contractors, remodeling companies in administration and marketing, and has served as a national award-winning membership director for the Collier Building Industry Association. Fun fact: Lisa volunteers at a local homeless shelter and with children’s and animal charities

Molly Blosser – Molly graduated Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She landed the job at Licenses, Etc. because she was eager to get a job in a related field to her degree. Fun fact: Molly loves to cook and travel.
