• A credit report and proof of financial stability.  
• Proper registration with the Florida Secretary of State.  
• Florida must be listed under 3A on the declarations page of your workers’ compensation policy. The state of Florida only accepts Florida-state coverage when it comes to worker’s compensation.  

If you are not properly covered in Florida, you could face a fine that is thousands of dollars.
