HOME INSPECTOR AND MOLD LICENSE RENEWALS

July 31st is the deadline for those with Home Inspector Licenses and Mold Remediator or Assessor Licenses. Last renewal cycle, there was no requirement for education and only to pay a renewal fee. This cycle the state has put into place an education requirement. 14 hours of continuing education are required for all three types

On May 1st the fees for an initial issuance or qualifying an additional business entity application went up by $100 for all Construction Industry Licensing Board applications.
