In May of 2012 for construction candidates and 2013 for electrical license holders, Governor Rick Scott approved House Bills which allows Registered Contractors in the State of Florida to “grandfather” their Registered Contractor’s license into a State Certified license. The deadline for contractors to request this is fast approaching and it is not certain yet
